Precision-engineered stainless solutions for critical plant operations
We recently completed the fabrication and delivery of new block and bleed stations manufactured from 316 stainless steel for deployment at a well-known UK beverage production facility. Designed for durability, hygiene, and process safety, these units were developed in close collaboration with the client’s site team to ensure integration with existing pipework and control infrastructure.
This project is part of the facility’s broader investment in safer and more efficient fluid handling systems. The new units will play a critical role in isolating sections of pipeline for maintenance or inspection, without interrupting plant-wide operations.
Expert fabrication with reliability at the core
The stations were fabricated in-house at our Willand workshop by our team of specialist TIG welders and pipe fabricators, ensuring full compliance with hygienic industry standards. Once fabricated, each station underwent rigorous testing before being prepared for delivery and installation.
