What We Do

About Willand Engineering

Willand Engineering Company (Halifax) Ltd started trading in February 1988. The main focus of the business is the Food and Drinks and allied industries.
The company workforce initially consisted of five employees and has grown steadily to a total of eighteen employees, consisting of administration, management, fabricators, pipe fitters, coded welders and insulation engineers.
Together with our sister company Controls Systems Ltd we are providing for our client a results based approach founded on an in depth understanding of the needs and processes of the industries we serve.
We can provide a turnkey design, manufacture, and installation and commissioning service if required.
Successful projects not only meet agreed performance criteria but also provide ownership to the end user. Our aim has always been to deliver projects on time and within budget to enable our clients to receive maximum impact and benefit from expenditure.
Our service extends to jobbing works carried out at client requirements to allow modifications to existing plant equipment during weekly shutdown periods.

Health and Safety

Willand Engineering Company (Halifax) Ltd is proud of its past safety record, within its own workshops and whilst working on client sites, we are constantly working with our clients to eliminate any hazard which could occur. Our employees are IOSH safety trained and are retrained regularly on various courses related to health and safety in the work place and client sites. We have been Safe Contractor accredited for the last ten years.
