Engineering innovation for a greener brewing process
We completed the design and installation of a cutting-edge wastewater reclamation system at a major brewing facility in the UK. This innovative solution captures wastewater from production, diverts it into a dedicated buffer tank, and reuses it as make-up water feeding the pasteuriser unit—eliminating the need to discharge thousands of litres to the drainage system each week.
This sustainable system forms part of the brewery’s ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact, with wider initiatives already in place for CO₂ recovery and water conservation across multiple departments.
Full-service delivery from concept to installation
We handled the entire project in-house, from initial site survey and custom design to fabrication, assembly, and installation. The system not only meets strict hygiene and operational standards but also delivers a measurable environmental benefit from day one.
Project scope included:
Site survey and feasibility study
Full mechanical & electrical design
In-house stainless steel fabrication and coded welding
Electrical panel assembly and integration
Quality assurance and performance testing
On-site installation and commissioning
